India, 29-31 July 2008 – Dr. Angelo Juan
Ramos gave a talk on the progress of the implementation of the
Philippine Community Centre network, in his capacity as Chairman of
PhilCeCNet (www.philcecnet.ph).
His presentation was part of the Telecentres thematic group, where
he shared to workers and experts in the field of
community-based ICT initiatives what has already been done in the
Philippines, within a session on “Telecentres: Exploring the Market
